Standard Delivery

Your orders are very dear to us. It’s incredibly important for us make sure that you
get the things you ordered. That’s why we take this with the utmost seriousness.

We generally make sure to process your order within 2 days max. But sometimes we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don’t worry, we’ll always let you know in advance. Our posters are sent by airmail from California, to anywhere in the world.

Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 7 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:

5-7 working days for USA
7-10 working days for Canada
10-20 working days for the rest of the world.

Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with what you’ve ordered, then we’d be happy to take it off your hands or replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.

Returns procedure

1. Write to us at support@btheuplift.com let us know what you’re unhappy with.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll provide instructions for the returns procedure.

International shipping

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
